XDSOFT expands the functionality of Rostelecom's corporate portal
The current work focuses on optimizing and automating existing and new business processes to expand the scope of information and internal services provided by the company.
The following results have been achieved:
- Integration with internal online services such as "Online University" and the HR service "IQHR" has been completed, including the implementation of a major task related to forming a "Talent Pool."
- A new "Heroes of Service" feature was developed to inform employees about anniversaries of those who have been with the company for a significant period.
- The "Recognition" section was optimized, automating several manual processes.
- A large-scale project, "Regional Branches," was implemented, considering the complex logic of geotargeting.
- Additionally, in preparation for "Company Day," a comprehensive set of tasks called "Together for the Country" was successfully completed, including subprojects such as "Rostelecom's Book of Pride," "Quiz," and "Event Calendar."
"The completion of these tasks and the results achieved represent significant milestones in our collaboration with PJSC Rostelecom. We intend to continue the development and improvement of the internal portal to further enhance business process efficiency and the quality of internal services provided by the company," shared the XDSOFT project manager.
It is worth noting that XDSOFT has assisted PJSC Rostelecom with the modernization and development of its corporate portal on several occasions. Thanks to the efforts of our specialists, users can now access the corporate portal via tablets and mobile devices, we have reduced user service delays, improved data security, and developed an online chat and an internet store.
