The traditional team session brought together XDSOFT managers and developers in St. Petersburg

An extensive program focused on team engagement and creative idea generation was prepared for the employees. Thanks to the professional guidance of team coach Irina Alyrenkova and XDSOFT art director Leta Dobrovolskaya, the company's staff significantly enhanced both their soft and hard skills.

Through open discussions of strengths and weaknesses, a plan of action was developed for each employee's future work. Following this, XDSOFT specialists moved on to the creative part of the session: the teams were tasked with coming up with their own IT project and presenting its prototype.

These team sessions teach the staff empathy and how to collaborate effectively, while also focusing on maintaining strong qualities and improving problem areas. The event clearly demonstrated that XDSOFT employees are ready to search for new ideas, even when it may seem like there are none.
