XDSOFT’s BLOCK-P software platform to be used in a new Rospatent project

On July 2, an online roundtable organized by Rospatent discussed the implementation of the project "Distributed Register of Rights for Intellectual Property Objects and Means of Individualization in Circulation" (GIS "Rights Circulation"). The event was attended by developers of the agency's digital platforms, business representatives, and professionals from the community.

XDSOFT’s proprietary BLOCK-P platform will play a key role in this new project. BLOCK-P, known for its advanced blockchain technology, will be instrumental in ensuring the secure and transparent management of intellectual property rights. This platform will help facilitate more efficient registration and tracking of intellectual property in circulation, further modernizing Rospatent's digital infrastructure.

The system is being built using XDSOFT's blockchain solution, the BLOCK-P software platform, which is included in the Russian software registry. GIS "Rights Circulation" will enable users to find offers for the acquisition of intellectual property objects, negotiate and sign agreements, and submit applications to Rospatent. Automated checks within the system will help reduce the time required for government services related to the transfer and granting of property rights.
